I coach different levels of leaders from aspiring managers to seasoned executives to deepen their mindset and increase their presence for themselves, their families, and the people they lead. My approach to coaching is holistic, practical, aspirational, collaborative, learning-focused, interactive, and FUN!
I bring 12+ years of experience in leadership and organizational development and a deep passion for learning and personal growth. I own an independent coaching practice, Aimful Coaching & Consulting, based in the San Francisco bay area. I also work full-time in talent development for one of the largest high-tech firms in San Francisco.
